Field Rules

Field Usage Rules

  1. ALL NYSA teams require a permit to use a field.
  2. Coaches should have permit with them at all times (SAMPLE BELOW)

  3. If it is raining or the ground is wet, fields will be closed coaches are responsible for checking the field hotline before practicing or playing on a wet field. HOT LINE
  4. Report any scheduling conflicts or problems to the NYSA field coordinator
  5. Report any field damages or vandalism to NYSA field coordinator
  6. Please clean up after use. All water bottles and trash should be placed in trash cans or dumpster at the conclusion of practices and games.
  7. Smoking is not allowed on the fields or school grounds
  8. Glass Bottles and alcohol are not allowed
  9. Cleats are not allowed on tennis courts, playgrounds or in the school buildings
  10. Park in designated parking areas only, not on fields, basketball courts etc.

    Field Practice Times 
         
    Fall
    4:00 to 5:30 and
    5:30 to 7:00
    ( prior to daylight savings )
      4:00 to 5:00 ( after day light savings )
    Spring
    4:00 to 5:30, 5:30 to 7:00, 7:00 to 8:30

      Melican Middle School U7, U8, U10, U12, U14
      Zeh School U6, U7, U8, U10
      Lincoln Street School U6, U7, U8, U10
      Peaslee School U6, U7, U8, U10
      Proctor School U6, U7, U8, U10

    Practice fields will be given out on a first come first serve basis at the beginning of each season. Where possible requested field times and locations will be honored, however field usage, age assignments and available times will change from season to season .
